This peaceful house offers a relaxing break for the entire family. Welcoming 13 people, located in the heart of nature on a small, peaceful estate with no vis-à-vis.
Half a mile away from the Village and shops. Living area with a large table for family feasts. A fully-equipped, spacious and modern kitchen. Utility room with a washing machine and tumble dryer.

- 1 Bedroom on the ground floor with a shower room, 160x200cm bed
- 1 Bedroom upstairs with 2 90x200 beds but option to join the two beds for 180x200 + one 90x190 pull out bed
- 1 Bedroom with shower, 160x200 bed 1 Bedroom with 160x200 bed
- 1 Children's bedroom with 4 90x200 single beds
- 1 Bathroom with shower and bath Games for kids and grown-ups with playground, petanque ground, dart board, ping pong table, table football...!

A private pool, heated from May to September. Private Jacuzzi. Wifi available. Sheets and pillows provided.
The gite is located 15 minutes from Angers, a stone's throw from forest walks and close to the Loir.
The gite is not wheelchair accessible.
