Welcome this beautiful and bright apartment, made up of a living room with large bay window and unobstructed views of the Loire and its wooded, sandy beaches. You'll also find a lovely library, a TV corner and a large, comfortable 3-seater sofa. The bedroom features a king-size bed and another cabin-style mezzanine bed with steep access (step ladder), best reserved for adults or those comfortable with this type of access. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (140x200 cm) for your comfort, should our mezzanine sleeping area not be suitable. Washing machine available if necessary, in the utility room (located in the courtyard). Free parking available in the direct vicinity of the apartment. Outdoor parking space possible in the private courtyard, upon request. An outdoor socket is also available to charge your bikes.
