  • This traditional restaurant from Angers gets its name from a local speciality. The crémet is a light dessert, appreciated by the famous Curnonsky in the beginning of the 20th century, made by mixing beaten egg whites with whipped fresh cream. When serving, it is covered with non-whipped fresh cream, red berry coulis or fresh fruits. Of course, the crémet made in this restaurant is excellent! The rest of the menu follows this direction: a traditional, local, simple gourmet and generous cuisine. You will find in the menu salmon and foie gras as starters, rabbit’s saddle or beef cheek with red Anjou as a dish... And if you don’t want to taste the crémet, add a hint of sweetness to finish your meal with a tarte tatin!
