  • Local people may be familiar with Julien Soreau’s cuisine and Anthony Robin’s welcome in the dining room from when they were running the Villa Toussaint. They’ve now opened their own place near the Post Office in the historic centre and you won’t be disappointed. The former Potajean restaurant is still as welcoming and refined as ever with its mouldings and raw wood parquet. As for the chef’s cuisine, it’s traditional, varied and elegant. On the menu, which is short and season-based, you have original flavours and quality products. For example, you find soup of parsnip, roasted hazelnuts and walnut oil, followed by skewered beef and wheat risotto with pana granado and galangal juice, and chestnut cream and honey cheesecake. It’s one to try!
