The fine quality of the products, at the heart of this culinary journey in five sequences, is fully expressed in his subtle, technical, original cuisine. Everything is full of mastery and inventive, a real delight. These dishes are also perfectly complemented by attentive service, well-chosen local wines and superb ceramic tableware. Highly recommend for all occasions.
