Located in the heart of town, on Boulevard Foch, the place was taken over in 2021 by Margot Nicolas and Louisa Bellanger, two chefs from Angers, who have already worked in kitchens in France and abroad. In season, you can eat leeks with vinaigrette, veal blanquette, confit seared veal breast with a thyme vegetable casserole, before finishing with an orange savarin, whipped cream and verbena or caramel pastry, hazelnut and tonka ice cream… Not forgetting their classic, regularly on the menu: falafels! Everything is seasonal, organic when possible and the wines are natural. Vegetarians will also find what they’re looking for here!
