Restaurant Daddy

It's a warm, friendly place that Clément Garnier wanted to create when embarking on the entrepreneurial adventure with his first restaurant. And it's an idea that really comes to life when you come to eat here. The twenty-year-old Parisian creates interaction between the team in the dining room and the customers with his speciality: pasta flambéed in a mound of parmesan cheese before the eyes of their guests. Apart from this trademark, the dishes are bistro-inspired, working with fresh, local, seasonal products. The chef creates beautiful dishes with masterful, refined flavours, with a short menu that changes every week at lunchtime and every month in the evening. Saturday noon is brunch time: from 11.00am to 2.00pm, the menu with its elaborate recipes combines savoury dishes and sweet delicacies.
