The Osé restaurant delights the people of Angers year after year, with its constantly changing menu recognised by Gault et Millau and its eco-friendly Green Food label. Under the skylights of the great hall with its refined decoration, guests can enjoy delicious cuisine in a beautiful, soothing setting. The service is attentive and discreet. As for the food, carefully presented and served on sublime crockery, it's always a great success. Creativity, quality organic products, perfectly cooked... You'll find, for example, a starter of porcini mushroom carpaccio and fine pan-fried mushrooms, vinaigrette with hazelnut oil, lavender foam and Parmesan tuile, a main dish consisting of fillet of redfish in basil sauce with pistachio chips, and to finish, a pavlova with kiwis and apples, basil whipped cream, peppermint syrup and ginger. Special mention for the excellent vegetarian options!
