Walkers, visitors and locals can now enjoy a lovely pause at the Bistrot de l’Écluse in the former lock-keeper’s house in La Roussière.
In June 2021, Carole Thibault opened a bar with a terrace and stunning view of the Mayenne river, a small grocery shop and rooms to rent in the lock house.
The bistro is open all day, every day, for coffee or drinks, until 8.30 pm.
