Though he may not be looking for his own star, he "embroiders", as the saying goes, beautiful gourmet cuisine that's full of colour, excellent and tasty. On the sunny terrace to enjoy a quiet lunch in the heart of town or in the elegant dining room with a view of the kitchen for an exceptional dinner, customers can taste recipes that highlight the quality and freshness of products chosen with care by the chef. From a scallop from our coastline, with smoked cauliflower mousseline and shellfish juice, to beef accompanied by a kouign-amann of potatoes and olives, through the pretty "comme un galet", to Alunga chocolate and citrus.
